承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行程開關(guan)四合一一體化設計方案(an),結構(gou)緊(jin)湊
