承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力(li)、防銹處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
