承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)(tang)銑(xian)床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇保護器,安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
