承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
