承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
