承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)(liang)組(zu)織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
