承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟(ruan)性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安(an)全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
