承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力(li)、防(fang)銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式(shi),應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米(mi)。
