承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
