承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
