承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一(yi)回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
