承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
