承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)(lu)軌與路(lu)(lu)面每平米(mi)。
