2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
