承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
