承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規(gui)格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造(zao)抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米。
