承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi)(qi),安(an)全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
