承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方(fang)(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承(cheng)重梁與承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
