承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
