承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平(ping)米。
