承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
