承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準(zhun)定位生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)(bao)護器,安全性(xing)有確(que)保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
