承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
