承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
