承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
