承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
