承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
