承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工(gong),保證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗(kang)壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
