承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保證規(gui)格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性(xing)絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
