雙梁起(qi)重機承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數(shu)控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式(shi)雙梁起重機端梁一部分
1,大噸數起重設備端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸;
