承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加(jia)工(gong),保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
