承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每(mei)平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁小(xiao)轎車承(cheng)重梁與(yu)承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
