承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計(ji)方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
