承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用(yong)歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
