承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方案(an),重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
