承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
