承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定(ding)位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
