承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
