3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開(kai)料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。

4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
