承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計(ji)方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
