承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢(jian)測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
