承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和(he)防外(wai)遇保護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
