承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產加工(gong),保證規格精密(mi)度和(he)配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平米(mi)。
