承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
