承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)(han)自(zi)動焊(han)(han)(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產(chan)加工,保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)(liang)與承重梁(liang)(liang)選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式(shi);防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
