承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式(shi),應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精(jing)(jing)密度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。

1,雙梁(liang)(liang)小轎車承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
