承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地(di)應力(li)、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍(long)門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無(wu)邊(bian)緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
