承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計(ji)方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承(cheng)重梁與(yu)承(cheng)重梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
