承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
