承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁組(zu)織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
